Job Description


Base Location : Chitradurga - Karnataka 
Qualification : M Com MBA Finance / M5
Exp : 10- 15 years


Must have  knowledge : Business planning, inventory , cost reduction ,commercial negotiation with vendors / customers, book closing , knowledge of SAP, GST ,



The main area of focus:
  • Controlling and managing the financial operations of Business P&L of the state
  • Budgeting , MIS & Budgetary Control. To coordinate monthly Business review process ,
  • NOWC & Inventory Control - Inventory Accounting, Usage Regulation,
  • Purchase and contract controlling, participating in purchase \ admin negotiation along with purchase\ Admin team ,
  • Accounting & Commercial control of the state OMS in line with the guidelines received from the group controller.
  • Recovery, Legal, Contracts Approval, management for the business
  • Statutory Compliance, Governance, Taxation of the states
  • To ensure Administration , Security and Occupational health for the states
  • States review presentation and preparation, close all the open points of the meeting
  • Costing and validating costing with the actual cost as per the accounts
  • Drive the cost down, Opex management
  • To prepare various documents and business case for getting CAPEX approval
  • Necessary support for the Job work v/s make decision through proper business case preparation.
  • Project feasibility report for setting up any new production facilities. Business case analysis
  • To ensure IT management of the state
  • Regular visit to Customer / Sites / Local authorities
  • Follow all the guidelines, processes and systems provided by the GOMS controller
  • To face the management audit and to close of all the open points of the management auditor
  • Human resource Development & Management of States / Areas controller department.



Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. As per policy
