Job Description

Education : Graduate in Engineering ( Electrical / Mechanical)

Candidate preferred from Oil and Gas / Power / Infrastructure / Energy

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Formation
  2. Contract preparation
  3. Sales and Contract closure
  4. PAN India Multi brand OMS activities set up.
  5. Perform Due diligence technical audits for Handing over & taking over WTGs.
  6. Budget estimation for Handing over & taking over punch points closures, convey to customer
  7. Support in SCADA development for Multi brand WTGs technologies.
  8. Support business development teams on Technical aspects for drafting O&M contract documents.
  9. Ensure proper availability of tools, instruments, Safety gadgets, gauges & Calibration/validation of the same at OMS sites.
  10. Dealing with customers on technical queries and giving clear and precise documentation
  11. Pivotal support in OMS Site documentation process preparation.
  12. Pivotal support in Preventive Maintenance process set ups.
  13. Preventive Maintenance Non conformities review, analysis & closure tracking.
  14. Preventive Maintenance effectiveness improvement through endorsement
  15. Effective break-down management to ensure committed energy availability from turbines. Achieve Turbine Annual Energy production.
  16. Power curve adherence monitoring, Identify underperforming turbines and provide solutions for improvement.
  17. Continuous R&D on improvement of machine availability by predicting failures
  18. Monitoring & tracking of new modifications/ retrofittings /Technical changes/work instructions/software changes & provide support for their smooth implementation
  19. Analysis on components/materials performance reliability
  20. Technical validation of repair suppliers
  21. Formulation of Forecasts & Budget preparation, Quarterly Budget review on Plan Vs Actual & adherence to Budget.
  22. MIS Preparation & updation to top management
